We had to wait more than 4 hours out infront of the emergency, and 2 hours inside for one person, I returned back home without getting any checkup or treatment.

Only giving 2 stars because the 1st time I was here with bladder and kidney infection I was seen to and was taken seriously. So that the one star the 2nd star is only because of the food actually tasting and looking nice to eat otherwise the treatment in this hospital is a joke. I came with intense back pain and was told the sunday I came here I would have an MRI only it's now friday the 6th where I've been told I can now have an MRI. The lack of information is sickening. Had to wait all day to see if I was pregnant because I try for a baby and had to wait all day with no pain relief to see if I was pregnant or not.
Some nurses are rude and doctors over talk you. This time I was not taken seriously and I was in alot of pain. Joke. I wont be coming back to this hospital.

She didn't even want to remove the access on the arm because it was the nurse's job.

There was an emergency bell next to the door and it didn't answer either.
Even when the blood pressure monitor gave an emergency signal, no one came!!

Ich kam mit extremen Schmerzen ins Krankenhaus. Ich habe Corona. Dann wurde ich mit einer FFP-2 Maske in einem isolierten Raum gebracht.

In dem Raum war nichts, weder ein Waschbecken, geschweige denn eine Toilette.
Das war auch anscheinend nur ein zeitweiliges Zimmer, bis man stationär aufgenommen wird.

Im Zimmer haben sie mich an einen Blutdruckmessgerät drangemacht. Sie hatten nicht mal einen Notfall-Klingel in der Nähe des Bettes.
2 Stunden hat es gedauert, bis die Ärztin kam. Sie kam kurz und ging wieder. Nicht mal Fieber gemessen! Ich habe ihr erzählt, dass ich jetzt genau 24 Stunden nichts gegessen habe. Und das letzte mal heute Morgen etwas getrunken habe.

Irgendwann kamen sie mit einem Toilettenstuhl ins Zimmer.
Die Tür vom Zimmer war teilweise klar, sodass jeder hätte reinschauen können..

3 Stunden kam die Ärztin nochmal und sagte, dass ich entlassen werden kann. Und die Ärztin sagte selber, dass ich nichts getrunken habe. Anstatt mir irgendwas zu bringen, ging sie einfach.
Sie wollte nicht mal den Zugang am Arm entfernen, weil es die Aufgaben der Schwester sei.

Es gab eine Notfallklingel neben der Tür und da wurde auch nicht reagiert.
Selbst, als das Blutdruckmessgerät ein Notfallsignal äußerte, kam niemand!!
Obwohl die Schwestern oder die Ärztin teilweise draußen standen!!

In the field of nursing, unfortunately, things were different. The staff here was basically nice and made an effort, but all the personal commitment of the individual could not hide the fact that there are simply not enough staff to care for the patients as one would wish. Accordingly, as a patient, you sometimes have to wait a little longer until a completely stressed and correspondingly curt nurse takes care of the matter. I collapsed twice if my bed neighbor hadn't helped me...who knows!!!! There is also no EMERGENCY BUTTON only a nurse call bell which would be very important in an emergency situation. I often had a bad conscience when I had to ask the staff for help. It's due to the system, I know that. But that doesn't make it any better for the patient.
In terms of hygiene, I wasn't particularly happy with the situation since the room didn't have its own bathroom and the bathroom in the hallway had to be shared with a total of 6 people. Basically, I don't have a problem with that, but unfortunately there are also people who are not so good at implementing hygiene for various reasons and who actually need support. In connection with the lack of staff in the nursing service already described, this is a catastrophe and really extremely unpleasant.

Ich war drei Tage auf der Station 4.3. Mit der ärztlichen Behandlung Dr.Wagner Dr. Jess war ich sehr zufrieden. Ich hatte den Eindruck, dass die mich behandelnden Ärzte fachlich kompetent und gründlich waren. Die Behandlungsschritte wurden mit mit abgesprochen und man hat mir verständlich erklärt was wann und warum passiert. Der persönliche Eindruck war nett und empathisch. Ich lag mit zwei weiteren Frauen auf einem sehr Renovierungs Bedürftigen Zimmer (siehe Bild) und ich war kein privat Patient. ( In den nächsten 5 Jahren wird das gesamte Klinikum saniert, daher sehr starker Lärm)
Im Bereich der Pflege sah das leider anders aus. Hier war das Personal grundsätzlich nett und auch bemüht, allerdings konnte alles persönliche Engagement des Einzelnen nicht darüber hinweg täuschen, dass einfach viel zu wenig Personal vorhanden ist um die Patienten so zu versorgen, wie man es sich wünschen würde. Entsprechend muss man als Patient schon mal etwas länger warten bis eine völlig gestresste und entsprechend kurz angebundene Pflegeperson sich um das Anliegen kümmert. Ich bin zwei mal kollabiert hätte meine Bettnachbarin mir nicht geholfen...wer weis!!!! Es gibt zudem kein NOT KNOPF nur ein Schwester ruf Klingel welcher in Not Situation sehr wichtig wäre. Oft hatte ich ein schlechtes Gewissen wenn ich das Personal um Hilfe bitten musste. Das ist dem System geschuldet, das weiß ich. Aber das macht es für den Patienten nicht besser.
In Bezug auf die Hygiene war ich nicht besonders glücklich mit der Situation, da das Zimmer keine eigenes Bad hatte und das Bad auf dem Flur mit insgesamt 6 Leuten geteilt werden musste. Grundsätzlich habe ich da kein Problem mit, aber leider sind darunter eben auch Personen, die das mit der Hygiene aus verschiedenen Gründen nicht so gut umsetzen können und eigentlich Unterstützung bräuchten. In Verbindung mit dem bereits beschriebenen Personalmangel im Pflegedienst ist das eine Katastrophe und wirklich äußerst unangenehm.

Nach 3 stationären Aufenthalten und damit verbundenen 3 OP's komme ich zu dem Ergebnis, dass die ärztliche Versorgung und stationäre Betreuung als sehr gut zu bewerten sind. Ärzte/Ärztinnen Schwestern/Pfleger sind kompetent, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Corona Vorschriften wurden strlkt eingehalten. Auch die Verwaltung hat mir hilfreich zur Seite gestanden. Das sehr gute Gesamtbild bekommt besonders Gewicht durch die herrschenden Corona Bedingungen, unter denen das Personal seit Jahren arbeiten muss. Deshalb möchte ich mich an dieser nochmals herzlich bedanken.
