I was there during the opening of the studio with my husband and my son ☺️. All staff are very friendly, motivated and approachable when you in need of something. The place is big and all of the equipment are total new . ☺️And Now Im proud to be a FitX member ????????????

Best gym I frequented in Bonn, but it unfortunately gets almost unpractical in the afterwork hours in the free weights area. But can't really blame it for that.

Generally speaking it meets all my needs.
Friendly staff, good location, English available, 24*7 open, cardio and muscle training equipment, and some organized courses.
Although some people may argue that there is limited space between equipments and has not that well-ventilated air, I find it is acceptable concerning its good location and so reasonable price, especially compared to the other gyms nearby. And I think it is always the rush hours between 6-9pm in any gym.
I don't need to use the shower there, so I could not give any info about it.

One of the best fitness clubs in town. Trainers are approachable and people are friendly.

1. For so many people, the FitX (at least from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.) does not offer enough space.

2. It's the messiest, most chaotic studio I've ever been to.
There are hardly any weights in the form of discs.
The dumbbells are not put away (neither by the members nor by the staff) and lie all over the studio.

3. Entire locker complexes in the women's changing rooms have been broken and unusable for months.

4. There are 3 paper towel dispensers on the cardio devices, none of which are filled or were not filled at the time. The FitX does not guarantee its members to fulfill their "duties".

5. There was never a day I was at this gym where all the cable towers were usable...

Unfortunately, this gym is not an isolated case. The FitX in Troisdorf is just as catastrophic... but I was pleasantly surprised by the FitX in Magdeburg.

Even if I could train there for free, I would go somewhere else.

Leider ist dieses Fitnessstudio aus der Hölle und unter keinen Umständen zu empfehlen, wenn man nur den kleinsten Anspruchen an ein Fitnessstudio hat.

1.Für so viele Menschen, bietet das FitX (zumindest von 17:00 bis 20:00 Uhr) nicht genügend Platz.

2. Es ist das unordentlichste und choatischste Studio in dem ich je war.
Es gibt kaum Gewichte in Form von Scheiben.
Die Hanteln werden nicht weggeräumt (weder von den Mitgliedern, noch von dem Personal) und liegen kreuz und quer im Studio rum.

3.In der Frauenumkleide sind seit Monaten ständig ganze Schließfächerkomplexe kaputt und unbrauchbar.

4. An den Cardio Geräten befinden sich 3 Papiertuchspender, welche alle nicht befüllt sind bzw. zu dem Zeitpunkt nicht befüllt waren. Das FitX gewährleistet seinen Mitgliedern nicht seinen "Pflichten" nachzukommen.

5. An keinem Tag an dem ich in diesem Fitnessstudios war, waren alle Kabeltürme benutzbar...

Leider ist dieses Fitnessstudio kein Einzelfall. Das FitX in Troisdorf ist genauso katastrophal... allerdings wurde ich positiv vom FitX in Magdeburg überrascht.

Selbst wenn ich dort umsonst trainieren dürfte, würde ich wo anders hinfahren.
