During our trip from The Netherlands to the Rhinequelle in Andermatt Switzerland. From one of our bikes the carrier of the gears broken. Monday at 17.00 . After called several companies who couldn’t help I called the guys from Kontor . They told us to come by , and they would find out if they could help us. And they did . They mounted a new wheel in a record time . These heroes saved our vacation. Tausend mahl dank!! Greetings Arno Knobben

Very bad service and extremely unfriendly. It seems that the "top" service is reserved only for those who have purchased a bike from this store. I waited for an hour for this highly recommended store to open to ask for an overall bike service and buy some accessories (bike chain, helmet etc), only to be told to contact the place from which I had purchased my bike. When I explained that I had bought it online, this was met with great distaste. I guess this store must make huge amounts of money to be willing to turn customers away. Would absolutely NOT recommend. Only gave 1 star to be able to post this message.

Mein erster Eindruck war gut. Unkompliziert auch schon am Telefon. Ich mag diese Fahrradläden bei denen man erkennt das Herzblutt hinter der eigentlichen Arbeit steckt. Hier steht das Rad im Vordergrund und nicht, dass der Kunde mit Blümchen und Handkuss begrüßt wird oder der Laden ausschaut wie ne Loggia. Klare kurze Worte, auf das wesentliche Gebracht. Klare eigene Meinung. Klar, will ich es günstiger geh ich bei Amazon aber wer hält dann solche Läden am Leben!? Nach dieser Erfahrung werd ich ma mein Merida Fully aus den 90er zum checkup dahin bringen. Mit hats gefallen ????????????????
