I am happy to report during my extended stay in Bonn, I discovered this jewel of a restaurant. A short walk from the Bonn Hilton and a block away from the beautiful Rheine River, there is this wonderful dinner house serving contemporary Italian cuisine.
The restaurant itself is aesthetically pleasing. A cozy restaurant with tall windows offering natural light which is tastefully decorated in contemporary fashion. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. The service is consistently exemplary. The multi linguistic staff are helpful, knowledgeable without being overly intrusive contributing to a fantastic dining experience. The food is what sets this restaurant apart. The food is delicious and not heavy as you may find in some other more traditional Italian restaurants. I dined here several times and every dish I tried, was delicious and very well presented. The wine list is adequate but not extensive. Compared to other local restaurants, the prices are competitive and offer good value for money when the quality of the food is considered. I suggest you do not arrive at the restaurant without a reservation on most nights as the locals have also discovered this jewel of a restaurant!
