Ich kann die guten Bewertungen leider nur sehr bedingt teilen. In anderen Bewertungen wurden die Mitarbeiter als sehr freundlich u0026 kompetent bewertet. Produkte, die in einem gut sortierten Bioladen zu finden sein sollten, führt dieser Bio-Laden leider nicht und sind zudem auch noch unbekannt. Mich begeistert dieser denn`s Biomarkt nicht.
Nachtrag: ich kaufte etwas an der Bäckertheke. Der Mitarbeiter war gerade dabei meine Sachen einzupacken und in Begriff zu kassieren. Da kam seine Kollegin (kurze Haare, ca. 45-50) und wedelte mit irgendwelchen Kassenzetteln vor seiner Nase rum, belehrte ihn über irgendwas. Er war dadurch natürlich abgelenkt, reagierte darauf, sie diskutierten. Ich konnte erst zahlen, nachdem sie wieder gegangen war, konnte nicht erkennen, dass ihre Sache so dringend war, dass sie nicht ca. 15 sek warten konnte, bis ich gezahlt hatte. Ich fand dieses Vorgehen mir gegenüber sehr respektlos - ich spaziere nicht in das Büro meines Kollegens, während er telefoniert, wegen irgendeiner Belanglosigkeit, sondern habe gelernt kurz (oder ggf. auch länger, wenn nichts in Flammen steht) zu warten.

Wenn dann ein Kunde vorne an der Brot-Theke stehen bleibt, ist kaum noch der Mindestabstand einzuhalten - oder ich muss warten, bis die Backwaren endlich komplett ausgewählt und irgendwann auch über die Theke gereicht werden. Sorry, das hat nichts mit Corona zu tun, denn in manch anderen, deutlich kleinern Läden wurde das intelligenter und kundenfreudlicher gelöst. Bis auf weiteres gehe ich lieber zu den beiden Bioläden in Beuel.
