A lot of improvement needed. No proper elevator, steep high stairs.
Old worn facility needs renovation. Moldy bathroom.
Unfriendly to some extent rude service: smiling, but unhelpful and disinterested.
BEWARE: Check in times limited, if your train/flight is late you might end up sleeping outside.
No sound isolation.
Wifi weak.
Breakfast ok.

The hotel is relatively old , like any other Hotel in Germany at this price point. The receptionist barely speaks any english and would only nod most of the times even if he didn't understand most of what I've said. The wi-fi did not work at all and even if I told the receptionist multiple time , he didn't fix it so I could barely get any work done without internet. The conditions are mediocre but at least it's somewhat clean and in a quiet area! You have to get up very early to get breakfast... very pricey for what you get...

Terrible! Make sure to wear your room key like you wear a necklace , otherwise you could stay outside until they come back in the morning. The management needs to study customer relations and understand the differences between cost cutting and the results of that on customer satisfaction. There is no one in the hotel to help you or asist you after 10 30 pm until 6 30 am. Double check your arrival time too. If you miss it, you are sleeping outside the door. To summarize, worst experince ever !!

Very nice room with modern bathroom and decent beds. The inner city was very close and there were plenty of things to do in the area.

Nice hotel, little bit outdated furniture but that gives a nice atmosphere from older times. Nice friendly employees, great breakfast!

Ok for a short stay, very calm and convenient location, inside nothing fancy, tiny desk, basic breakfast.

short walk to city past train station, don.t walk alone! nice old building, inside parking fee 6 euro great breakfast
