My short stay there was pleasant and the front desk staff friendly and helpful.

The hotel is perfectly located within the beautiful architectural and historical city of Bonn. You have easy walking access to parts of the city from there. Stores and food places within reach.

The summer days are long and pleasant (gently warm) Twilight is between 9PM and 10PM.

I enjoyed my short stay. Everything was quite in line with the hotels 4 star rating. The lifts could use a touch up and 1 morning the shower was merely lukewarm. This due to the fact, that half of all guests went to the same meeting at the same time, but nevertheless...
On the plus side I especially enjoyed the lavish breakfast buffet.

The location u0026 service were great. However, they had no parking lots free although it was said that one does not need a parking reservation I advance. So I would suggest to contact them and confirm prior to you arrival, otherwise you have to look for parking lots by yourself. If this is the case, consider the train station, it is several minutes walking from the hotel. Also, for a 4-stars-hotel I was expecting to have at least a kettle in the room with a tea bag or something like this....

We booked double room with double bed via expedia.de! There were 2 single beds and they put them together!! It was not the one that we booked! Room is big, bathroom is not comfortable, bad is with curtain. Hotel itself is very old, even it is clean it seemed dirty. It needs to be renewed. Location was good and easy to reach center and not far from the center. Pillows were so soft, and not comfortable. Breakfast, which we did not bought, costs 14.5€ per person which is very expensive for such a weak variety.( we checked first breakfast area then decided not to take)

I was looking for a central stay in Bonn. This place has been a good deal compared to other hotels in Bonn. However when entering the hotel lobby you can already see how old and badly maintained this place is. The rooms are okay in size and amenities, but the condition of literally everything is not good at all. The hotel staff is very friendly, but I will most likely not come back.

For the price acceptable... but the interior is very old and specially in the Lobby is destroyed.

The room was not well fixed and dusty.
For the shower you got Handsoupe to wash your body and Hair.
The washing room itself was dirty from up to down. Just the toilet was clean
No Minibar.
One bottle of water and no replacement after.

This for star hotel is just a for star because: in the room is a fridge, a hair dryer, a safe and a TV.

The positive things after 3 nights. Fast check out.

Excellent location as it is close to the central station and the town centre but not noisy. The hotel is quite dated, but the rooms are spatious and clean. Staff are friendly. Breakfast is fine. WiFi had good connection in my room. Plug sockets available next to bed.
