Bike shop in South City

Don't bring your bike into the shop, you will get kicked out. While I am fine with a bit more rough attitude, I still think that I come to pay so at least be polite. Not in this shop. Also, the guy told me straight away he can't help me because its "cheap" gear (my breaks). Without making me any offer, like installing new breaks, he just told me he won't help me. Thanks for nothing. Don't waste your time (and money) here.. ????

Just dont visit this store, very unpolite I just wanted to ask for help to adjust my bicycle spokes. He imediatly kicked me out because I wanted help and not give my bike for inspection and stuff. Really bad service and just greedy for money wont visit this shop again. I reccomend to search for little workshops. They are always polite and will try to find the best solution for you. You wont find service like that in a store like this. In another shop they helped me out and were very friendly.

Very fast repairing process. Very nice and helpful repairer. Speak very good english(highly recommended for international students) Reasonable price. If I have more problemsI will definitely come back to this shop.

The most unfriendly bike shop in Germany probably. It is customary for bike shops to have pumps outside so people can inflate their tires. They don't do that. Which is weird but okay. I tried to ask the guy to just tell me how to fill up with my hand held pump and he couldn't be bothered to give it a few seconds. Gave a really impolite response and element off. Running a bike shop like a business and no sense of community. Not the most German thing. Highly disappointed. But we'll ????u200d♂️
