Pathetic excuse for "indian" food.
Ordered a chilli chicken tikka that was (1) cooked in Ketchup (2) had Ananas (3)was not Tikka (from the Tandoor) and was super sweet.

Horrible delivery experience. They always tell you the food will be delivered in an hour but the last 2 times I ordered the food came after 2 hours. They don't even apologize for that and ask you to keep the money ready when the delivery guy comes in because he has no time, like they are doing a favor to you. Strong recommendation....never order from them!!

Worst experience I've ever had in a restaurant and I'm usually very easy going. The place was filthy, the food should not have been served at all and I've never experienced a more unfriendly staff.

We ordered from this place at least once a month for the first 3-4 months after we discovered it because we love Indian food and were craving it. The food was above average the first two times but was no good the 3rd and 4th time. When I called again to order, I thought I should mention to them about the food tasting of uncooked spices. After I placed my order I politely told them that the last time the food was bland and if they could kindly make it better this time. The guy in the phone just started yelling at me and said: Do you want the order or not? And without waiting for me to reply he hung up on me. I called back and asked for his name but he wouldn’t tell me and hung up again.

I have never ordered from there since. The food at ‘Best of India’ (which is actually owned and run by Pakistanis) is at best average and at worst mediocre.

I can deal with the food being average, but if a place doesn’t know how to treat/talk to its customers, it shouldn’t be in the food/hospitality business.

Below average to average food. Dismal etiquette and service.
