I have been a customer at this fitness in Beuel since 2013. Always been a good client, paid my monthly fees on time and never complained about the old machines that were not working for weeks or the torn polster on some of the equipments. Now i cancel my contract for december 2017, in September 2017, coz im living NRW. December comes and i still dont have a confirmation from the fitness about cancelling my contract. I contact the administration office, shortly after they say that i have to continue paying untill i can prove that im no longer living in NRW. So i inform the administration, a Miss Manuel, that im not in Germany but i will send the document a soon as im back, since she was insisting that in September the fitness office did not receive any cancelation of the contract andthe documents showing that i no longer live in NRW. Mid December i come back to Germany for a short time. i get the prove they need and send it to them. In January 2018 i look into my bank account i find that the fitness has taken money from it although i had asked them to stop taking money from my account and they had agreed. So I cancel the payment and now they send me a bill of 53,48 euros demanding that payment for the month december (which is normally 19,99 euros) and 9,99 Euros for cancelling the money they took from my account without my permission, i dont know what the remaining 23,50 is for but im not paying a cent.
