Great doctors, amazing emergency crew, but getting help can be tricky. Had to wait half an hour to get my dislocated jaw fixed because of some incomprehensible COVID-related procedures and shenanigans. Had to stand in some strange paperwork queue (still with a dislocated jaw) only to be ignored for a good while and to be told "we can't help you" in the end.

Many thanks to the competent nurse who made my treatment possible, and to the doc who fixed my jaw in less than a minute!

I had an accident in April and I was brought here by the ambulance. The dentist saved what was left of 4 my teeth ???? . Even tho I cannot speak german, doctors, nurses and basically everyone found a way to comunicate with me and explained me everything that was going on. I spent 5 days here, felt really safe in their hands and I have nothing but appreciation for their job.

Nach mehreren Stunden Wartezeit, teilte mir dann ein Assistenzarzt nach 2 min Gespräch mit, dass eine stationäre Behandlung nicht nötig sei und ich doch bitte gehen solle. Ich habe während des "Besuches" den Eindruck gewonnen, dass man hier nur behandelt wird wenn man halb tot oder PRIVATPATIENT ist.
Wer "nur" mit einem akuten Bandscheibenvorfall auftaucht sollte lieber nicht auf Hilfe hoffen.
