It is a good place to exercise. The Trainers always help you, they speak English and are friendly. Keep in mind that showers don't have doors (at least for Latin people, it's very difficult to get used to this).

Awesome workout place, have all the essentials for weightlifting and the environment is cool, friendly and not crowded at all.

Excellent gym for students studying at the Ruhr University Bochum. There are all the necessary equipments here for fitness. The training times are flexible. Prices are pretty fair.

The worst gym I have ever trained in. Also, they have the dumbest rules a gym can ever make. Also, no music and very very boring atmosphere.
