I recently bought a VW Golf from Tiemeyer Bochum - Gebrauchtwagen. My sales consultant was Mr Andreas Schrowang. The car was exactly like in the photo/video description. The communication was good. There were some minor issues regarding the scheduling of the delivery day. However, I got helped with the car registration from the Tiemeyer - one of the employees joined me to the car registration office and helped me with the process.

Absolute disaster!!! We wanted to buy VW Touareg for 60.000€ for export. We said that we have no problem with VAT deposit until the car will be registered in Czech republic. Absolutely arrogant behavior, after the third phone call, the man raised his voice at me with the words: we don't do export!!! At the same time, the man in front of him told me that it was not a problem...

These guys are BIG TIME scammers! Audi should be ashamed to have these people as a franchise. They lure you to come to the showroom and then say that the car is sold, so that they can sell you an expensive car with a line of credit! They have 0 customer service or respect, check the photo's of the employees on the website that work there. And ask yourself if they have a trustworthy face. Your not even offered a coffee, i drove 300 km's for nothing. But I'm happy that I left very quickly after seeing these scammers in action. They should rebrand there name and change it from Tiemeyer Gruppe to The Pirate Gruppe. They buy accident cars, that you can see on the parking lot there, they fix them and sell them as new cars!

Don't believe the fake reviews, they wright them themselves! Sort the reviews by lowest, to see the REAL reviews and you will see the TRUTH! Du Wurdest GEWARNT!

I bought a VW Passat car from this dealer, second hand. I collaborated with Jan Hanke and I was very satisfied with absolutely everything related to the purchase (car presentation, preparation of documents, overhaul, shipping) I recommend for the purchase of new or second hand cars. Prompt, professional, dedicated.

Worst Dealer Ever - I bought my Golf R VII there and car is a disaster, as well as the garage.
They dented the bodywork on changing from Winter to Summer tyres, they scratched my Winter wheels (brand new) when putting the tyres on. They didn't reset the computer system when they put the winter tyres so that the display indicated I had too little air pressure in my tyres (and this on the way from Germany to Sweden on the autobahn).
The car itself - well Tieymeyer could not find the strange noise I had from the engine after 3 visits. Apparently it was "normal". According to another VW dealer it was the turbo - which was subsequently changed and the noise disappeared. Now the head gasket is gone on a car that is only 2 years old - what more can I say. Just don't go there. Unsympathetic, unprofessional and clearly completely incompetent.

Very Hard to get answers from the sellers.

5 Emails not answered, more than 10 phone calls with more than 20 attempts, so that I can finally speak with the seller.

Really need to improve their costumer service
