So I just ordered gyros and fries from this restaurant at 9:24pm.
I had no idea they closed at 10pm because in the past when I have experinced such, the restaurant calls me and tell me they have to cancel and I'm always fine with that.
I wrote it twice on the comment section that was provided through the lieferando website I wanted no onions and I got a call telling me they saw it late which made me quite mad because I will expect restaurants to read the comments under the order they receive, to know what their customers may have to say because you just never know what allergy one might have.
Now I was told they will change the order.
Tell me why I'm currently eating my fries and gyros and I just found some onions in it and even chewed it before I noticed it????????and was quick to spit it out so basically I was just called for nothing.

Don't get me started with also how the delivery guy couldn't find the address when he was just a building away for mine and according to him he used Google map(bare in mind, this is a very popular place) even after I explained on the phone to him at least 3 times.
Anyways, this will be the last time I will ever in my life place an order from this restaurant and if you don't want to ever experience unnecessary anger and frustration because you chose to give a restaurant a try from the first time and regret ever making the order I will suggest you don't order from this restaurant.

I actually had to leave my meal to write this review and this is coming for someone that barely drops a review whether good or bad but the dissapointment and dissatisfaction I experienced tonight is the worst of them.
And to Palermo restaurant when a customer makes an order and you know you cannot deliver quality food because of the time limit, you can ask to cancel it and save the customer their money and your time because what I experienced tonight from you guys is actually the ghetto and I order food quite often anyways this is the last coin I will ever spend at your restaurant..
