Classy and elegant restaurant in the heart of Bochum.
We ordered the Zuricher Kalbsgeschnetzeltes, Kartoffel-rostis, pilze, weißweinrahm with Süsskartoffel Pommes Frites u0026 Aioli.
Zurich veal strips were soft and chewy delight. The potato rostis complemented the soft texture of the veal with a crunchier rougher texture and vibrant taste. Lastly, the mushrooms white wine cream were savory.
The meal was very good and one of my favorites in Germany.
