Clever fit team fails to act professionally and legally to imply our legal cancelation request. Very bad club. We left with no option rather than opening a legal case against them which is of course lots of work and stress. Don't go to them!

I have a horrible experience with this fitness center. I canceled my account several months ago and asked them to send me a letter to verify receiving my cancellation letter. They refused to do so, saying that our laptops are not working several times, but your account is already canceled. I left Germany, but they are still taking money from my account like thieves!

Dieses ist nicht in Ordnung und man kann leider auch nicht feststellen, dass es besser wird, tendenziell eher schlechter. Es scheint keinen in der Leitung so wirklich zu kümmern. Sehr Schade, werde es jetzt nochmal beobachten und mir dann meine Gedanken für die Zukunft machen.
