Burger King Bochum

We ordered thee hours ago, and the worker called us saying there is a traffic jam and the order is late and will be delivered in a half an hour (that was two hours ago)!
And now we keep on calling and no one answers.
So where is the food? Why is no one answering?

Long waiting time, and 2nd time in a row I missed 2!! burgers in my order and had different ones that I have ordered. Never again.
