Only because I am not a German citizen I was treated worse. With elevated blood parameters, I was released home. my blood was tested only once and I was in the hospital for 3 days! The nurses didn't notice me. The patient next door had blood drawn and blood pressure measured every day ... I didn't. I do not recommend. I spent ONLY 6 HOURS in the emergency department!

I was always given good information and my concerns were understood. From the medical staff I can say that my father was treated well, unfortunately I was less able to speak to them and it was difficult to get them on the phone when it was necessary, but I would do that based on the current situation and relieve the general stress, because they were always friendly and approachable on the phone. Although there was a doctor who always took a lot of time and with whom you could speak quickly. THANK YOU!
My father is also very satisfied, everyone was nice and tried very hard, he felt that he was in good hands.
Of course I don't hope that my father has to go to the intensive care unit again, but if he goes to a hospital again, then with the care there! Thanks to everyone who made him fit again and who do this every day with other patients. Thanks for all the trouble.

Ich hatte ursprünglich nicht vor hier eine Rezession zu schreiben, doch nachdem ich hier einige gelesen habe würde ich mich auch dazu äußern. Mein Vater lag vor einiger Zeit auf der inneren Intensivstation und wurde dort gut betreut und behandelt. Bei der momentanen Lage ( Corona,… ) hatte das Pflegepersonal immer Verständnis, wenn ich vielleicht zu viel angerufen habe um mich zu erkundigen und haben meine Fragen immer geduldig beantwortet. Mir wurde immer gut Auskunft gegeben und meine Sorgen wurden verstanden. Vom ärztlichen Personal her kann ich sagen, das mein Vater gut behandelt worden ist, mit ihnen sprechen konnte ich leider weniger und es war schwierig, wenn es doch mal nötig war sie an das Telefon zu bekommen, aber das würde ich auf die momentane Situation und den allgemeinen Stress schieben, denn am Telefon waren sie immer freundlich und zugewandt. Obwohl dort eine Ärztin war, die sich immer sehr viel Zeit genommen hat und mit der man auch schnell sprechen konnte. DANKE!
Auch von seitens meines Vaters aus ist er sehr zufrieden, alle waren wohl nett und sehr bemüht, er hat sich gut aufgehoben gefühlt.
Natürlich hoffe ich nicht, das mein Vater erneut auf die Intensivstation muss, aber wenn nochmal in ein Krankenhaus dann mit der Betreuung dort ! Danke an alle, die ihn wieder fit gemacht haben und das auch jeden Tag aufs Neue mit anderen Patienten machen. Danke für all die Mühe.

Hier habe ich mich 4 Tage stationär aufgehalten.
Ich kann nur positives berichten.
Alle von den Ärzten/innen, Krankenschwestern, Pflegekräften und sogar die Putzkräften waren TOP.
Alle nahmen sich Zeit und kümmerten sich intensiv um meine Person. Auch die der Bettnachbarn. Dadurch war auch die Atmosphäre mit den Bettnachbarn sehr angenehm und entspannt.

Grundsätzlich unqualifiziertes Personal in der Notaufnahme. Deutsch ist in der Notaufnahme keine Standardsprache (in Deutschland) meine Schwester wurde mit Atemnot in die Notaufnahme gebracht und nach 45 Minuten wurde ihr dann geholfen. Nach 80 Minuten gab es immernoch keinen COVID-19 Schnelltest und Pflege und Ärzte Personal konnten keine Auskunft geben! Stattdessen konnte im Rezeptionsbereich herlich gelacht werden!!! Zu 5 Personen machte man sich über eine 93 jährige Patientin lusti! Wohlgemerkt der warte Bereich war gut gefüllt mit Patienten die starke Schmerzen verspürten… sie möchten gerne eine schlechte Behandlung haben??? Kommen sie in BG Krankenhaus Bochum ????

Unfassbare Zustände in der Notaufnahme am heutigen Samstag: Röntgen? Geht irgendwie nicht, Computer abgestürzt. Nach drei Stunden reift die Entscheidung ein CT zu machen. Nach einer weiteren Stunde soll dies erst besprochen werden. Geht aber nicht sofort weil drei Ärzte rausgehen, ihre Bestellung vom Pizzataxi entgegennehmen und dann erst mal 70 min essen. So der Stand bis jetzt.
