Extremely welcoming staff, hadn't recently been here before but would definitely come back again. I came here for dinner with my bro, we were really happy with the good food and the prices. my bro and sis recommended it to me, wasn't unfulfilled, wonderful food and good price too. Delicious food which usually suits everyone's choices. Our table have been reserved for my sister's birthday, she really was thrilled and the place looked great.

Testing burgers in many restaurants around the world, here I found thee best burgers I have ever had, nice atmosphere and always amazing friendly service. Our most favourite restaurant in NRW. Amazing quality of food, great beer, superb people. We keep bringing our friends and everyone loves it. Thank you Bu0026B you are absolute stars!!!

Ordered burgers online to collect from the Willesden outfit but when I arrived it was an absolute shambles. They didn’t find the order but said it was there and would be ready soon. 10 minutes later still nothing. Apparently they didn’t print the order out so the kitchen didn’t know.!

They promised it would be ready in 5 minutes but no! .
The staf is underwhelming in friendliness. They just act as if they don’t care.

This place used to be good!

Advise to management:
1. train your staff better
2. invest in software and hardware that is reliable.
3. When you say something to your customers be truthful! A 5 minute wait is that. 5 minutes. Not 15.

I ordered the CAESAR BURGER / SÜSSKARTOFFELPOMMES / Bu0026B KNOBLAUCH-MAYONNAISE and a bottle of sparkling water.
The frites were good, they were very tasty and well seasoned, the mayonnaise was boring, and the burger was not tasty at all, with way too less sauce. I found a lot of kind of gristles in the chicken, which I left on the dish.

Unfortunately I had a slight stomach problem which started the same evening. Therefore, I cannot recommend this restaurant upon this one time visit.

For those who love steak, and know how steak is to tasted, this is the place for you. I also sampled their burgers and they are on par with some of the finest burgers found in the U.S.
Staff is friendly, service is fast, even at full house, and prices are moderate.

Good burgers made of good ingredients. (I ate the bacon and cheese) yet it is rather expensive and and the atmosphere feels rushed and isn't too comfortable. It's advised to make a reservation.
