I had a good experience in this hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean. Beds are comfortable. Compared to the price, it is not bad. Location is only 350 m from center. You have to pay 8 euro for tief-parking, or you can park outside on the street for around 3 euros per hour ( it is free to park on the street from 19:00 till 7:00 clock).

The most disappointing hotel ever booked. Booked this hotel because of the in-room kitchen, turned out that the kitchen didn’t exist. The furnitures of the hotel are really old fashioned and somehow give unpleasant vibe. The bed is itchy. No water cooker. Water heater doesn’t work properly. Liquid was detected on the stop contact, making me unable to charge my phone. While u have option to book another hotel, please do. Please stay away from this hotel!

We stayed here to visit the German mining museum. It isn't too far away from the Hauptbahnhof but we took the ubahn 2 stops to get there... I understand that you can also arrive by bus and tram.

The hotel is very near the museum.. I was surprised to see that it was just across the road (which was a coincidence).

The staff were lovely and the room was massive!

There were a lot of different lighting options in the room which was strange but nice.

The shower was good, the WiFi worked well and there was German TV as promised. The hotel also had a lift and a bar and breakfast was offered (we chose not to take it as we left for the museum early in the morning).

Would I recommend the hotel? Absolutely the staff were polite and the hotel was clean and spacious!

The room was okay and the linens were clean. The staff was horribly rude. Not smiling at all and not welcoming …but guess that’s how People in Germany are… smiling and being polite is not in the culture

No AC in the rooms.
Elevator is really slow.
Bathroom u0026 shower are tiny

Inexpensive hotel with big clean rooms (62 €) . nice breakfast with wide range of food for 14 € and an own garage for 8 €. Small garage with small parking places and to me a good chance to damage the car ... the garage is the only negative part of the hotel . for the rest, price quality very ok ????
