Vor genau einem Jahr war ich das erste Mal im Sportingclub Lenkwerk. Schon beim ersten Beratungsgespräch mit Stephan Berger hatte ich das Gefühl, dass das moderne Studio, das Konzept, die Begleitung und die Betreuung genau das Richtige für mich ist. Die freundliche und entspannte Atmosphäre und die qualifizierten Trainer motivieren mich immer wieder zum Sport zu gehen und etwas für meine Fitness und Gesundheit zu tun. Nach meiner Hüft-OP vor ein paar Wochen habe ich mich tatsächlich danach gesehnt, wieder etwas für meinen Körper zu tun und nun bin ich nach 6 Wochen Pause wieder dabei. Ich freue mich immer zum Lenkwerk zu fahren, mir Zeit für mich und meinen Körper zu nehmen. Vielen Dank an die Trainer Louis, Nas und Stephan.

Das ist das mittlerweile vierte Fitnessstudio, das ich besuche und mit weitem Abstand das Beste!
