Wenn man es sich mal richtig überlegt, ist es schon ein ganz schöner Vertrauensvorschuss, die ganze zeitaufwendige Suche nach Flügen und Unterkünften.
Geduldige und passgenaue Beratung würd ich's nennen und das alles nur telefonisch und per E-Mail.
Und dann diese Nervenstärke, als meine Freundin den Urlaub allein aussuchen durfte...
