Visited the Bielefeld branch on Saturday 30th April 2022. With the intention of collecting a bit of knowledge on a new bed, after less than five minutes browsing we had the luck to be offered assistance by a saleswoman who gave us absolutely professional and remarkable service, which resulted in my wife and I buying the bed which we had not intended on purchasing on that day. A massive Thank you Frau Keimer.

Personnel was not interested in selling or consulting on a new kitchen. Even after speaking twice to employees having private conversations on their phone, still no service.

Would like to get a job there though, seems like easy work just sitting around and having private conversations while “working”.

Selection is fine but the employees are just awful.
Bought some glass art and was told at checkout that I was not to take more than 3 pieces of the paper-wrap. Actually left me speechless.
In the bedding department the women had no clue about the products they're supposed to sell and were rude on top of it.
Do yourself a favour and drive to the store in Porta Westfalica.

Huge selection, but mostly furniture for old people.
