Unfortunately, my family and I had to experience a bitter encounter with the staff. On Mother's Day, we went to Olsson's for breakfast. The welcome was very warm and you will be greeted nicely. Until an employee (Mrs. Möller) "took over" our table, she had made fun of our eating habits when we wanted to order mayonnaise with the fried egg. She then said abruptly that she could offer us ketchup but there is no mayonnaise. After asking again if there was remoulade, she said yes. However, Fr. Möller's look was anything but inviting, rather disgusted. As I said, the food was very tasty. (photo attached). Unfortunately, remoulade was not provided, which is why we asked again. When eating, you are left alone, you can have great conversations with the family. When paying, however, it got really weird. Ms. Möller had already entered a breakfast and then realized that she still had to enter the other "breakfast plates", first €23 then she said "no, no," €43 almost twice as much in one fell swoop... not that I didn't would have paid, but I was surprised that it was suddenly double the amount... Ms. Möller said something that I didn't understand and therefore asked again. Ms. Möller first let me pay the price, with the statement that I could then look it up on the receipt. Ms. Möller took the receipt and loudly listed everything we ate. The whole store looked at me and my family, which I found very uncomfortable. Ms. Möller seemed agitated, which is why I tried to calm her down and gave her time to go through the receipt. Everything was fine except for a second latte that we didn't have and the price for jam, which the waiter said was billed as tartar sauce. Then another colleague came (who then brought us the remoulade when we asked) who called out loudly, "WAIT FORGET THE REMOULADE!" Ms. Möller then said that she had just entered it. All in all, I was right it was miscalculated. Which would normally not be a problem, but dealing with what happened was very bitter. Mrs. Möller did NOT apologize and then wentssip about us with other customers.
As a customer, I felt very mistreated, exposed and degraded.
I would definitely recommend/suggest the manager to do some training on customer service and complaints management.
Unfortunately, we won't be coming back and won't recommend it. It's a shame because the food was great and I actually had a nice breakfast (apart from this conflict) with my family.

Schönes Restaurant, leckeres Frühstück und erst modernisiert. Gemütlich und schöne Zentrale Lage mit genügend Parkplätzen.
Leider habe ich mit meiner Familie eine bittere Begegnung mit dem Personal erleben müssen. Am Muttertag, waren wir bei Olsson frühstücken. Die Begrüßung war sehr herzlich und man wird nett empfangen. Bis eine Angestellte (Frau Möller) unseren Tisch ,,übernahm“ zuerst hatte sie sich über unsere Essensgewohnheiten lustig gemacht als wir zu dem Spiegelei Mayonnaise bestellen wollten. Sie äußerte dann aprupt, dass sie uns Ketchup anbieten kann aber Mayonnaise gibt’s nicht. Nach einer erneuten Nachfrage ob es wohl Remoulade gäbe, bejahte sie. Der Blick von Fr.Möller war allerdings alles andere als einladend, eher angeekelt. Das Essen war wie gesagt, sehr lecker. (Foto beigefügt). Remoulade wurde leider nicht beigestellt , weshalb wir dann auch nochmal nachfragten. Beim Essen wird man in Ruhe gelassen, man kann sich super mit der Familie unterhalten. Beim Bezahlen wurde es dann jedoch richtig komisch. Frau Möller hatte bereits ein Frühstück eingegeben und stellte dann fest, dass sie die anderen „Frühstücksteller“ noch eingeben muss, erst 23€ dann sagte sie ,,oh ne doch nicht“ 43€ fast das Doppelte auf einen Schlag… nicht dass ich es nicht bezahlt hätte, nur verwunderte es mich dass es auf ein Mal die doppelte Menge war… Frau Möller äußere etwas, was ich nicht verstand und deshalb nochmal nachfragte. Frau Möller lies mich den Preis erst bezahlen, mit der Aussage, dass ich es dann am Kassenbon nachschlagen könne. Frau Möller nahm den Kassenbon und zählte lautstark alles auf was wir aßen. Der Ganze Laden schaute auf mich und meine Familie was ich als sehr unangenehm empfand. Frau Möller wirkte aufgeregt, weshalb ich versuchte , sie zu beruhigen und ihr Zeit lies den Kassenbon durchzugehen. Alles passte bis auf einen zweiten Latte den wir nicht hatten und Preis für Marmelade was laut der Bedienung als Remoulade abgerechnet war. Dann kam eine andere Kollegin (die uns die Remoulade danach brachte als wir nachfragten) die laut dazu rief ,, MOMENT MAL VERGISS DIE REMOULADE NICHT!“ Frau Möller äußerte, dann dass sie es eben schon eingegeben hat. Alles in einem, war ich im Recht es wurde falsch abgerechnet. Was normalerweise kein Problem wäre, nur der Umgang mit dem Geschehen war sehr bitter. Frau Möller entschuldigte sich NICHT und lästerte daraufhin mit anderen Kunden über uns.
Ich als Kunde fühlte mich sehr schlecht behandelt, bloß gestellt und herabwürdigt.
Ich würde dem Geschäftsführer definitiv eine Fortbildung zum Umgang mit Kunden und Beschwerdenmanagement empfehlen/ vorschlagen.
Leider werden wir nicht noch ein Mal kommen und auch nicht weiterempfehlen. Schade, weil das Essen super war und ich eigentlich ein schönes Frühstück (bis auf diesen Konflikt) mit meiner Familie hatte.
