The cold room. The even colder bathroom, the red infrared lamp didn't really help. Underfloor heating would be a better option its the type of bathroom. When we took a shower, the whole bathroom was under water. An open shower is ok but the space was too small. And yes I book a superior double room but it was not worth it, I got a small cold room. And not to forget, the minibar was empty, that's a no go for a 4 star hotel! I have to say fair enough, the staff was friendly and helped me with an extra mobile heater. But then that thing was always in the way. What I expect when I book a superior double room in a 4 star hotel is not much: A room with enough space which has min. two comfortable seats outside the bed (I don't count a chair at the desk). And yes I don't want to run to the reception first thing after arrival and ask for heating and minibar.

Edit: Hi Bielefelder Hof, it is maybe true that thoreticall your rooms are heated by 22-24 °C . But this Day I arrived the room was colder than the House corridor and definitely under 21°C . And when I asked the receptionist he/she agreed that the heating system is currently not running in a hight stage. Anyway I didn't feel conftable and the room wasn't worst the price.

Very nice, comfortable and friendly hotel. It's conveniently located near Bielefeld railway Station. The rooms are spacious and clean, there is a gym and bar. It's close to the city center and the shopping area.

I stayed a single night arriving late, so didn't stay long. However all the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms clean. The breakfast was a well stocked buffet with some good choices.
The proximity of the hotel to the station is really close and a great base for traveling.

Our stay was OK, however night receptionist was uniformed and created slight confusion about our stay. Eventually after showing my booking confirmation and spend about 20 minutes, I got my keys and I was able to get into the room. Room was clean as well as bath. Breakfast was fantastic as well as serving staff. I can recommend it.

Hotel is easy to find as it is right next to the main train station.

Checkin was easy and the staff friendly and helpful.
Room is clean and comfortable.
The hotel also has a gym on the ground floor.

I am not sure if the breakfast is with 18 euros, but for the convenience, there is a price I guess.

There are eateries nearby and Back factory is just nearby
Has own car park at 15 Euros
