Das Greenwich ist für mich ein absoluter Geheimtipp in Bielefeld für eine innovative Küche und für eine exzellente Gin Bar. Etwas unscheinbar auf der Arndtsraße in dem grünen Haus mit der Nummer 45 liegt die Location. Parkplätze gibt es hinter dem Haus, ansonsten muss man in einer der Seitenstraßen sein Glück versuchen. Die Tapas sind innovativ und authentisch. Eins meiner Lieblingsgerichte ist der gratinierte Ziegenkäse mit Rote Beete. Den bestelle ich immer und zu meiner positiven Überraschung wird dieser auch immer wieder neu und anders angerichtet. Wer sich in die Hände des Barkeepers begibt wird belohnt. Denn es gibt ja weit mehr als nur Gin Tonic. Mein Tipp ist nicht selber aussuchen, sondern den Barkeeper machen lassen. Das Ergebnis ist immer Top und trifft den Geschmack und die Stimmung.
