Nice and clean hotel. Located in a good area for bars and restaurants. Comfortable beds.

I would not recommend it and would not book it again for sure. The hotel is rather quite outdated (yeah of course they would renovate it but didnt because of corona. If not now, then when???) . Furthermore, I do not understand when the hotel is apparently more than half empty ( I never saw more then 5 tables occupied at breakfast, where they asked you to take shifts,....) you put people in a room on the side where at 7Am a generator for construction work starts to run? Thank god I sleep well, but I had to close the windows. And since the rooms are rather noisy (I could clearly hear the running water of the bathroom next doors) why then place people in adjacent rooms if corona is a major issue for them? As for corona...... they decided not to have any service in the room. I stayed for 5 days and they announced at arrival that nobody would clean my room. And for fresh towels I would need to get them at the reception. I actually saw people asking for toilet paper.... If I wanted to camp, I would go to a camping. And then, even more absurd, when at check out, I asked for a bill they said their policy was not to provide one in print (because of corona... why???) . Really absurd. Not a recommendation. Overall poor.

Nice hotel, good breakfast and friendly people. The main entrance has a lot of stairs, but in the (public) parking garage there is an accessible entrance. This is a double door, with a large hotel sign next to it, and a door bell. The card reader does not work.
Also, the hotel has one room suitable for handicapped guests. While it is a nice room, with a large bathroom, there is no accessible shower, only toilet and wash place. The shower is in the bath. For one or two days it is not a big problem, but not quite what I would consider accessible. As I was warned before the hotel would not be fully accessible, I didn't complain.

Stayed for business. Very good amenities. Clean and well kept. Helpful staff. Wonderful in house breakfast for 15 Euros, definitely worth it. Lots of traditional German food and shops within walking distance from the hotel. I would stay here again.

A clean and warm hotel, with friendly and helpful staff . It is located centrally, a 20 minute walk from the railway station. If you sleep lightly, with the window open, insist on a quiet room. The streets roundabout can be noisy at weekends and during festivals.

Was a nice hotel central in Bielefelds older Part of the city. The rooms were good but a little bit dark. The bathroom lacked some perfectly maintained interior so that the shower was wetening the floor often enough. Last but not least the breakfast was very good! I would stay there another time.

There is no possibility of adding a bed for a small child, it is what the service tried explain us during 30 min... Moreover, we got a room on last floor during summer without air conditioning, it was way too hot! The breakfast is quite expensive but worth it.
