Fitness First Bielefeld is a Great place to workout at,they've got great facilities and a nice atmosphere. I'm in love with the massages and the sauna room there. When it comes to the staff all of them are kind and helpful but Julia at the front counter does an excellent job at making you feel like home.
I recommend Fitness First!

This gym is amazing. Amazing facility, top equipment and great environment. Good service with friendly staff and super clean and comfortable gym for everyone from beginners to professional athletes to train at.
It has a Huge range of workout equipment. Swimming pool, Sauna , Steam room and wellness area. Sun beds and a massage room at a reasonable price . Changing rooms with showers kept to a high standard

Plenty of treadmills and bikes in a separate air conditioned area.
Loads of free weights going all the way up to the heavier weights for the serious body builders. There is a weight machine area for different exercise They also have different classes spinning, Sumba and even pool exercise classes

I lost weight using this gym and toned myself up and achieved my goals .I got really used to go there. I miss it.

I will definitely be returning after I finish my new project but will use it when in Bielefeld on leave. Full marks to the management and staff of this Gym.

Decent gym, a lot of opportunities to get into cross-fit if you like, personally I thought there was not enough room and tools for free-weight lifting. Staff is friendly but barely speak english (which wasnt a big deal for me). Wellness is awesome.
