Since I do not believe that my feedback reaches the management of the "manager", I try it on this way and hope that somebody feels responsible for this branch and tries to bring the store up to scratch. Summary: 20 minutes, get a cold burger and met a defiant manager. I'll have to get my food during the break then sooner rather next door to Subway or the competitor. Zwischen 12 und 14 Uhr stand nur eine Person an der Kasse. Die Burger stapelten sich im Hintergrund und wurden auf Vorrat produziert. Eine riesen Schlange an Leuten. Ich habe 20 Minuten gewartet bis ich endlich meine Bestellung aufgeben konnte. An der Kasse bat ich darum das Management zu sprechen. Eine Dame wurde aus dem Büro gerufen. Ich bekam die Auskunft, sie hätten ein personelles Problem und leider niemanden der an der Kasse arbeiten könnte und auch in der Küche wäre nur eine Person. Warum diese in einer Tour Burger produziert hat, ist mir schleierhaft und ich verstehe ich bis jetzt noch nicht. Auch die Aussage, dass niemand an der Kasse zusätzlich arbeiten könnte, stelle ich hier mal in Frage! Was ist denn mit der Managerin aus dem Büro? Das Management ist dafür da, so etwas auszugleichen und aufzufangen. Naja, wahrscheinlich hatte sie *wichtigere* Dinge im Büro zu tun!? Da ich nicht glaube, dass mein Feedback die Betriebsleitung über die "Managerin" erreicht, versuche ich es mal über diesen Wege und hoffe das sich irgendwer mal verantwortlich für diese Filiale fühlt und sich bemüht den Laden auf Vordermann zu bringen. Resümee: 20 Minuten angestanden, einen kalten Burger bekommen und eine uneinsichtige Managerin kennengelernt. Ich werde mir mein Essen in der Pause dann demnächst doch lieber nebenan bei Subway oder beim Konkurrenten besorgen müssen. Übrigens, die Unterbesetzung ist dort gang und gäbe und ich habe selten Lust mich dort anzustellen. So geht es nicht!!!
