Brenner Hotel Bielefeld

We were on our way to Berlin and needed an overnight stopover. We found the hotel to be very clean and the staff friendly and efficient. The rooms were comfortable with the necessary amenities. Parking was in the hotel's own car park. The restaurant was most satisfactory and the food was delicious. The breakfast was traditional German which we like very much. Thoroughly enjoyed and recommended.

Clean Hotel and friendly staff. Furnishings were a bit tired in the rooms bathroom (paint work down to wood on sink surround. One major grumps for me was that there was not 1 English Channel on the TV, not even the default CNN. Apart from that a good stay.

Neat and tidy hotel . Very large rooms , good standard of facilities , clean and nicely everywhere , ok breakfast buffet. Some traffic noise, but it is also one of the main streets of the city . We arrived unfortunately on a Sunday, the restaurant and beer lounge was closed , but there are 4-5 restaurants, several kiosks etc . within 5-10 min walking distance . Next time in Bielefeld we surely choose Brenner Hotel again.

The room was decent but the service was subpar for a 3 star hotel as it is advertised. The front desk closes at night, along with the elevator. I asked for help connecting to the WIFI and they told me to come back and ask again in the morning the next day (when I check out), so don't expect Internet.

Polite and professional from the word go. Excellent food. Room clean with fast WiFi. Plenty of parking. Will definitely stay again.

The comfort room was on the first floor, right next to a busy road. There was traffic and noise from a police station al night.

The beds where so hard that we could not sleep the first night, this hand the durty shower was enough . We left the second day..

They did not say anything when we left.. Not even a refund of the remaining 2 days paid..
