The staff were extremely welcoming. We drove from the UK through the Rhine onto Bielefeld. Best hotel, the service, room and staff were very good. The location is great, easy to get into the town on foot, trams and local transport literally outside the door. Underground parking available. I wish we could have stayed longer. Will definitely stay here again as we have lots of German friends. We had supper at the Pepper restaurant next door to the hotel, enormous fun and very lively.

This place has seen better days. If your room leads to the street, the tram wakes you up early in the morning - whether the window is closed or not. At least every room has ear plugs... The bathroom is ok, but for some reason, the room gets humid if you leave it a while with the windows closed. They do have a good breakfast buffet with very good coffee, though.

Its just near the city center. The room was okay, with the furniture. But the carpet has bad smell. Its too old. When I opened the door, the smell hit my nose hard.

The staff was friendly and the breakfast was NICE!!

Another problem was the noise from the cafe outside.

Rooms were far too hot, had to have the windows open which let in all the noise from the restaurant next door which had tables outside. On the Saturday night the restaurant stayed open till past 3am.When we booked in we were told that it is quieter at the back...No Its Not. I am giving it one star because the best thing about this hotel was the location. I will not be staying here again because after a long day out could not get a good nights sleep.

Stayed here a few times with work. Nice rooms if you can get high and at the rear as the trams do run late and early!
Breakfast is extra and so is parking to be warned as these can add up over a few days!

Very pleasant hotel with the usual German efficiency. Also has a secure car park which costs €11 Euro per day and most of the staff speaks fluent English.

I had just one night here.
The room was central, but right next to a noisy tramline. The room however was comfortable.
The. Breakfast was basic but served a purpose.
