Worst customer service on the planet + Longest period to get out of a contract ever.
Sent in cancellation, did get cancelled but no response whatsoever for two months until I called: "Sure, we can send you a confirmation". As if this is a pleasantry to confirm a contract termination. In addition, if you cancel throughout the year, you will be paying for 12!!!!! months into the future.
If you think about joining, find another place that treats customers decently.
