Amazing. I went during the week so it was not many people, went directly to some employee, he consulted me very well, helped me pick all the extras I wanted and they assembled it and checked the bike within 1,5h and now I have a very comfy tracking bike. I complicated a bit and they were very patient and friendly. They have a track in the middle of the store to test the bike and a big selection of helmets, glasses, clothes.

I purchased my Triumph CityRad in April 2021. By July 2021 it had rusted and my back tire exploded when riding on a normal gravel path. When I went to have it repaired the response was "yes of course we can fix the rust... But it's a cheap bike what do you expect, it will come back if you leave your bike in the Hof". After realising the tire exploding was not included in the warranty I had to pay 35 euros for repairs.

I fail to see how 398euros is so cheap for a new bike... and you can't even spray some rust protection on it!? Instead of replacing the rusted parts they just wiped them clean and here is my bike 3 days later..... (see attached picture).

While their customer service was nice, I will never shop at Stadler again. Read the reviews and support your local bike store instead.

My bike is 6 months old and I am already taking it to the repair shop for the 4th time today. I will be trying to re-sell it online after it's repaired; I spent 520€ here for a bike that has been nothing but problems. Exploded tires (even though I just ride it in the city), chain always falling off, kickstand broken within the first month. The staff was nice, but... shop elsewhere !

NASTY CUSTOMER SERBICE. My daughter and I spent one hour trying different bikes and finally chose one for her. After pickeing a chain and a luggage carrier and as we were heading for the checkout line we were rudely stopped by a female employee who asked us if we had a contract to buy the bike. What..? And immediately afterwards told us we would not have time to buy it because they needed an hour to "prepare" the bike, they colsed at 20:00 hs and it was already 19:05 hs. Seriously? I couldn't believe my ears. We had the bike with us, we wanted no extra preparation, just to leave with the bike and accesories. NO ONE, in the hour plus we were in the shop told we would need to make a contract to buy a bike, or that they would need an hour to prepare it.
You should really consider reviewing your customer service, both the procedure and the service obtained from your employees leaves much to be wished for. A completely disastisfying experience.

I would completely avoid it for maintenence, it is crazy expensive and my bike is still there for almost one month, if you can them to know the status they are just the standard rude and ask if you got an SMS saying the bike is ready and do not give straight answers, as if they don't even know in which step of process the is. Forget also emailing them, it probably goes straight to the trash can.

So Stadler has its issues and I'm not a fan of big shops that crush the little ones, but if you need cycling shoes, and Frau Georgi is there to assist you, be sure you're going to encounter a friendly and professional person who knows her field.
