Spectacular food, carefully chosen ingredients - chef talked us through how they’d selected the wine. Octopus was cooked to perfection was well complimented by the rich sauce. Panacotta is unmissable. Lovely ambience, friendly staff. Perfect!

We love it! I often bring my family here for special occasions to get the best of the best Italian cuisine. The food is always extremely delicious, perfectly prepared and served. Even though the restaurant is small, it is still cozy in winter. In summer, there is even more space outside. Nicolas, Antonio are wizards ❤️

PS: The picture shows „Adlerfisch“ with bergamot. (was awesome)

We were there for dinner and all dishes were excellent in taste. You can tell that they pay attention to quality here. However, the portions tend to be a bit small. The service was very nice, the ambience in the restaurant modern and cozy. All in all we had a wonderful evening. I will definitely come again.

I can honestly say that in all of my 56 years on this planet I have never walked out of a restaurant…until now. I’d like to review the wine at least but we were never offered a drink while we were struggling with the German only (nothing wrong with that in Berlin) menu. When the waiter did come over, my better half looking for some help with this made the cardinal sin of asking if there was pizza. This was met with a very disdainful remark of ‘we don’t do pizza, we’re a restaurant’ and then he found something more important to do. A word to the wise pal…restaurants offer their customers something to drink when they sit down. They don’t make patronising remarks to a simple question. They make their customers feel comfortable. They are thankful for their custom. I’m sure the food is is lovely but as we didn’t even get past the preliminaries of a trip to a restaurant, I can’t comment.

Great food.
However, my service expectations are not met.
Else would go there more frequently.

(Their pricing is extremely favourable, though, for food and wine alike. They just spend the money in the kitchen ... but still try to do their best in service. A very honorable concept.)

✅ 5 stars for taste and friendliness of the staff
❌ 1 star for the huge delay, as we arrived at 20:00 and only had the main course at 22:00.
They were supposed to close at 22:00, so we had to eat fast, in the dark (no candles or lights) and go.
We also were sitting outside and were cold and because they would close soon and would not transfer us inside.
It was quite stressful and I am sick today.
We also found an extra charge on the receipt.
For 221€ for 4 people I would expect a better service experience.
