Avoid, left us high and dry, sent us to the wrong marina, didn't reply to our attempts to contact them leaving us with no option but to stay in the only hotel with availability until WE managed to find the correct marina and the sub charter company who were great . After initially expressing some concern Zizoo now will not discuss this with our trip organiser and we are many €100s out if pocket

Stay away from this company .. they take your money but if there is something wrong with the boat they don’t bother to rectify it and don’t even respond to your emails and calls.

We had a wonderful time on the boat in Greece in September 2020. I was not sure in the beginning about even going in the trip, but I am so happy that we did. Our sales agent Giulia did an amazing job and informed us about everything we needed to know. We had a great experience.

Do not book with this charter company. Their sales people are liars and take your money. You are better off contact the boat directly. Crooks!

This German company is a disgrace. They never made payment to the sailboat charter which understandably could not let us board. We had to do a double payment to be able to board. To add insult to injury, the refunded only 85% of our booking cost. Mind you, this is thousands of dollars, so they stole $1000 from us for no service rendered.

We had a very disappointing trip with Zizoo’s recommended charter company in Athens and found them to be sympathetic but ultimately completely ineffective. They seem to have no control/leverage over their charter companies and therefore unable to support customers when things do go wrong. I’d strongly recommend that you book directly with a company that actually own their own boats…

Our experience with Zizoo was absolutely positive. Since we had our first sailing boat vacation last summer, we were quite inexperienced with the process. With their professional support and detailed approach we felt confidence all the way. Our cruising experience around the Greek Islands was just amazing. Especially in this pandemic, it was a great solution for us to avoid crowding and huddles.
