I bought a surf stick and credit amounting to around €60 from this shop almost a year ago. It didn't work. Despite going to the shop on several occasions for help, they weren't able to solve the problem. I could have forgiven this but the real issue was they would not return my money either! Almost a year after buying the stick, I went to a PC repair shop, where the employee fixed the problem for me. I think my experience with Vodafone in Schmargendorf was quite possibly the worst customer service experience I ever had.
