Super rude waiter. Worst service ever. My friend and I ordered drinks, then another friend joined and drank water from her own bottle while waiting for a waiter who never came to take her order. Instead, he shouted at her that she can't drink her own drink... We tried to explain that she was waiting and wanting to make an order but he was mad and throw a bill. Seriously, such places should not exist...

I think by far the worst restaurant experience I had. I came here with my mother to celebrate her birthday, and the waiter, who was already very rude from the beginning, started yelling at us when we were asking for tap water (when ordering wine, entry and main course + it's against german law to not serve tap water). When I asked why he would talk to us in such a way he threw us out without further explanation. Reading his passive-aggressive comments I think, that he is just extremely rude, hence not a fit for working in gastronomy, and not open for any kind of criticism. If you go there you risk at getting yelled at for not knowing this persons neurotic code of conduct. There are many restaurants in this street, just go somewhere else. The whole stay was humiliating and probably the single worst restaurant visit of my life.

You cannot order good here without ordering any drink. The waiter was very rude and didn’t take order from us, almost screaming that we won’t get anything as we didn’t order drinks.

Good breakfast, nice atmosphere..
Good breakfast in my favorite street. The Classic Breakfast is sufficient even for persons with a great appetite. Varga doesn't seem to be as hyped as some of the other places in the neighbourhood. Though relaxed and well visited.
Only thing I would point out is the marmelade... Though homemade quality I would prefer a classic marmelade for a classic breakfast..
This one is made of elderberry and no doubt a treat for many people.. but not in my taste expecting one of the Classics. It was not bad though.... and a little close to orange marmelade.
Nice and relaxed owner...
Would definitely come back.

Some great classic Italian and German dishes, Chill relaxed atmosphere. Simple but well executed.

Cosy place. Good for breakfast, apero, lunch and dinner! Also vegan option! Good service!
