I came in without a reservation looking for a bike for three days. Stefan who works here was very sardonically funny, friendly, and really seemed like he wanted to help me get set up with a bike that would fit me and make be happy. He let me swap on my own clip pedals, and I rented a pannier. The bike itself was great, had hydraulic disc brakes and was really great for long rides out of Berlin, no mechanical problems, would have been happy to use it for a long tour. Drop off was easy, prices were fair.

The person working here was everything but helpful. When we for example asked her what nice cycling routes we could take in Berlin, she ironically responded by saying that 'Berlin is not really a cycling city'. When asking if we could get larger bikes she simply said: 'you can adjust the height of the bicycle seats' instead of giving us larger bikes. This turned out not to be the case. One of us had to cycle on a bike with a loose bicycle seat. I think there are better bike rental places in Berlin than this one.

Exceptional tour on excellent bikes from a perfect and reliable rental company ! Highly recommended for private tours (by Michael) trough Berlin. Michael is very kind, intelligent, kid friendly and super tour guide with a lot of knowledge. He made our visit to Berlin more than fantastic. Many thanks and kind regards from our family.

We rented two bikes and panniers to ride from Berlin to the Baltic/Ostsee. The staff was helpful and the bikes were great. No problems for the full 300+km!

The bikes were excellent and prices were pretty good. The owner wasn‘t really nice to me though, I don‘t know why, but I still recommend highly.

I hired bikes for a weekend and ended up buying x3 bicycles at a very good price.

Michael gave us fully fixed cycles and we couldn’t recommend them higher. Very relaxed and honest people that gave us the best service.
