A delightful surprise. High value for money tapas restaurant in Neukolln. They master the essentials: location, atmosphere, service, food aesthetics.
+ familiar, welcoming atmosphere with minimalistic furniture, wooden tables, wine cellar wall, warm lights
+ eating tapas is social activity at its best: recommended both for a friends night out or a date with your significant other.
+ high quality, well-balanced ingredients. It’s Spanish cuisine but not that greasy: you feel well after eating and the day after
+ attentive, friendly service
+ you get to try many different dishes!
- not all tapas are worth it. They are all beautifully composed, but sometimes taste is naive. Txistorra, boquerones and crema catalana were underwhelming.
Highlighted in green the tapas I tried. My favorite were Timbal de berenjena, gambas al ajillo, crema de cheesecake
