The food was alright and reasonably priced. Among the items that we tried, I would recommend the samosas and mango lassi. The biriyani could have been better.

Tulsi is a hidden gem, it’s unassuming exterior belying an excellent, authentic menu. The best part is the owner, a lovely man with a lovely smile who treats his regular customers with kindness.

We went in to grab a bite and we fell in love with the place!
The restaurant is not perfect - the place is small and the food is being cooked in the same room where it is being served, the atmosphere is not something special, but the most important thing about it is that the restaurant is authentic and the staff is super friendly. Price wise the food is cheap for Berlin.
The staff consisted of two guys - one cook and one co-chef/ bartender / server. That Sunday evening the place was busy - the two guys were on fire. We waited for around 45 minutes to get the food, but when we finally received it, we were very happy - we got delicious home made Indian food.
Thank you for the great food and the friendly attitude. We are gladly going to visit you again when we are in Berlin.
