Expensive tickets, hoping to get our use out of a 2 day pass, as Berlin is a big city and interest points are far apart. First day, waited at a stop as per their maps for 30 minutes before we decided to walk to the next one and try again. Finally saw a bus for the first time, sat down and the upholstery was absolutely drenched, leaving us to get off again and go back to the hotel to change. Continued worsening experience with buses A) not stopping at the locations on the maps (which tourists rely heavily on), B) buses not stopping at all when there are people waiting, C) having no signage where bus stops are or whether they change.
Every time we were left waiting for at least 30 minutes before a bus arrived, only to have it stop for a “15 minute break”. 45 minutes in total before we actually get anywhere! Absolute waste of money, we are so disappointed and feel we have been robbed. Spent more time waiting for buses and for them to depart than we actually spent travelling on the bus. Would be quicker to hire a lime scooter and explore the city that way.

Too many stops in Bus tour. every 5 minutes ride and than a 20 minutes stop! it was annoying actually. Guide was good for both English and Deutsch languages!

Ship tour was a bit better as there were no stops as in Bus!

I would never recommend!

The drivers we experienced were rude, they had no understanding for language complications and were rushing the people in a min courteous manner. The buses are old and dingy, they are dirty and not well mantained, there were windows that were so scratched and dirty that didn't allow for sightseeing, let alone photography. Not all audio guides were functional. All in all, I wouldn't recommend this bus company.

Unfortunately we experienced and unsafe and rushed behavior from one of the drivers. He started driving while I was exiting with a baby stroller, just after he opened the doors. Fortunately my kid was with my wife.

The first bus and driver was great though.

Buses are also very dated and not especially clean.

Will stick with taxi from now on.

It is written in their brochure that the buses come every ten minutes. Their street sellers tell you the same.
However, we took the green line and waited for 30-40 minutes on two different stops. After that, we gave it up and continued via public transportation.
Absolute waste of time... and money.

Bus drivers are unhelpful

Stops are not announced so you are on your own

Bus driver will take wrong turns

Commentary sounds lazy and is not informative

Expensive

Just look at the rest of the reviews and how the company does not respond to see their attitude
