It is something different, a good experience and not expensive. But for non native speaker very hard to follow. No english translation for the explanation except in the movie's. The "Tour guides" were nice and sympathetic but it's seemed like they didn't want to Do it. The screen from the movie's Was interrupting for short times again and again and just the audio could be heard.

For tourists or anyone who has not heard much about the history of the Berlin Wall, it might be interesting. For everyone else, only the 15 Min VR experience is worth the visit, although the content of the experience is not that much. Unfortunately, customer service is rather inflexible when it comes to Corona cancellations.

++ Nice virtual experience and very unique.
-- Quite expensive for the very short 10 min with VR Glasses though.. In total it was not one-hour stay but 30min...
also bring more energy to the staff

I wanted to experience it during the long night museums event but when I finally arrived there on time I was told that only the ticket for the long night museums is not enough and i need to buy a dedicated ticket for the time ride! This store participated for the long night museums event, which means one ticket covers all participation museums, so it is ridiculous that this one wants to earn extra money! The staff there was also not helpful at all.

Edited to reply to the response from the owner: first of all thanks for your reply. Could you please advise where mentioned that we need to book in advance? I don't recall seeing anything like book in advance on the official website of the Long Night of the Museums and only said that the 3D tour can only start every full hour when I checked around two weeks ago. Anyway I hope that it is a misunderstanding but it would be super helpful to make it super clear that the tour needs to be booked in advance otherwise it is disappointing and tiring for visitors to go there and leave immediately.

Great experience, going back in time more than 100 years and see Frankfurt as it nice has been. Higgly recommended.

Just opened super interesting VR concept! Needs to find its groove still when it comes to welcome and start of tours (if it says 12.30-12.45 arrival on the ticket, it s not really acceptable to learn at 12.32 that the tour already started and that one can wait till 13.00).
Anyway, the tour is about 45 min and a good mix if old documentaries, time witnesses, stories - facts - figures and technology.
Revommendable!

Awesome experience. I have also experienced the timeride VR in Köln and it was also amazing. But this one had a nice twist to the whole storytelling. It was a weird yet amazing experience to take a bus ride around east berlin when the wall was there.
