Die Sprechstunden Dame vorne an der Rezeption war auch mal vor paar Jahren etwas netter. Was ich nicht mehr sagen kann. Die Dame ist schrecklich bösartig und besitzt null Menschlichkeit. Sie besitzt kein Feingefühl für ihre Patienten, sie gleichberechtigt zu behandeln. Und dabei sind der Dame jegliche Gebrechen oder ärztliche schreiben egal. Hier geht es nur um die Abfertigung und dem Patienten das Gefühl geben, dass man das allerletzte ist. Die allerletzte Adresse. Darauf wird man soweit ich weiß auch immer hingewiesen. Wenn ich es dann als Patient nicht schaffe das zu ändern ist das nicht das Problem der Praxis !

Es darf dann alleine aus rechtlichen Gründen keine Behandlung erfolgen.

Wieso soll man eigentlich pünktlich kommen? Jedes Mal muss man 10-15 min warten bis die Ärztin endlich kommt. Ein anderer Arzt steht am tressen unterhält sich und schnüffeln an sein Achseln. Die Behandlung soll laut Arzt 40 min dauern. Es ist luxus wenn es 20 min lang geht. Die Ärztin an sich ist nett. Termin Vergabe schnell. Aber dafür das ich was zahle würde ich mehr verlangen.

P. S wenn man zwei unterschiedliche Behandlungen verschrieben bekommt und die Ärztin sagt pro Behandlung 20 min ergibt 40 min diese jedoch nicht eingehalten werden. Ist es sehr schade
