Freundliche Fliessbandarbeit aber leider fachlich nicht zu empfehlen. Die therapeutinnen drücken auf frisch operierten Stellen so stark rum das eine Entzündung provoziert wird Auch können sie keine pathologischen Zustände erkennen obwohlman mehrfach darauf aufmerksam macht. Somit wird immer weiter falsch behandelt. Man macht mehrfach aufmerksam das es sehr weh tut aber das wird ignoriert. Zu der Anmeldung kann ich nur sagen es kamen freche Antworten auf eine nette Nachfrage für eine Termin Änderung. Ich könnte noch mehr hier schreiben was bei mir falsch behandelt wurde aber da noch ein Gutachten ansteht lasse ich es. Für mich dorthin nie wieder.

The modern ambience provides another feel-good factor. A very pleasant choice of colors and coordination with the furniture. Sometimes an aroma candle burns and creates an emotional atmosphere and mood. Adjusted to the patient again and again. Great! Now there are even musical sounds while waiting. I was treated in room 17, which is actually preferred for relaxation massages, man... how nice is that. I was able to really relax during my physiotherapy treatment. Photos to follow...and then...the madness! There are also completely new treatment rooms. I took a few photos. I like healing in such an environment. I've been thinking about giving my husband a voucher for Christmas. Yes, health and relaxation with a feel-good factor is actually a wonderful gift, isn't it? ????

Heute möchte ich mir endlich mal die Zeit nehmen, das Therapiezentrum in Kaulsdorf zu bewerten, direkt neben dem Arthropädikum und 3min von der S- Bahn Kaulsdorf entfernt. Gerne würde ich 10 Sterne vergeben ????, denn hier werde ich immer sehr liebevoll empfangen, behandelt und wieder in die "Spur" gebracht. Dieses Jahr wurde ich nach einer Schulteroperation über Monate physiotherapeutisch behandelt. Was wurde alles veranstaltet, um mich wieder fit für den Arbeitsalltag zu bekommen. Großartig! Von speziellen Übungen, um besonders den Alltag wieder meistern zu können, bis hin zu Wellnessmassagen. Ein großartiger Mix aus Physiotherapeuten. Während des Aufenthalts ist der liebevolle Umgang untereinander bei den Kollegen nicht nur zu spüren, sondern man ist selbst als Patient mittendrin. Das extra Lächeln, was man so nebenbei geschenkt bekommt, der kleine Smalltalk zwischendurch und die spontane Hilfsbereitschaft aller Kollegen. Hier darf der Patient sich in Ruhe erholen und gesund werden. Das moderne Ambiente sorgt für einen weiteren Wohlfühlfaktor. Eine sehr angenehme Farbauswahl und Abstimmung mit dem Mobiliar. Manchmal brennt eine Aromakerze und sorgt für eine emotionale Atmosphäre und Stimmung. Immer wieder neu wird sich auf den Patienten eingestellt. Toll! Jetzt gibts sogar musikalische Klänge, während man wartet. Und was ich auch bezaubernd finde, sind frische Äpfel und Wasser, die sich der Patient nach Lust und Laune schmecken lassen kann. Man kann sogar Gutscheine kaufen, für verschiedene Massagen. Immer eine grandiose Geschenkidee, denn eine kleine Auszeit vom Alltag braucht doch jeder. ????
Gleichzeitig möchte ich bei meiner Bewertung mal ein großes DANKESCHÖN an das Team aussprechen. Ach, den Chef möchte ich dabei auch mal erwähnen, denn er scheint das richtige Händchen für gute Führung zu haben.

Na gut, dann setze ich hier an meinen letzten Post vor einem Jahr an: Heute, am 27.10.21, wurde ich in der Praxis überrascht! Sozusagen ein Wow-Moment, hat man mir beschert. Ich wurde im Raum 17 behandelt, der ist bevorzugt eigentlich für Entspannungsmassagen, man…was ist der schön. Konnte mich super bei meiner physiotherapeutischen Behandlung entspannen. Fotos folgen…und dann…der Wahnsinn! Es gibt ja auch die ganz neuen Behandlungsräume. Hab mal n paar Fotos gemacht. Ich mag es, in solcher Umgebung gesund zu werden. Hab mir schon überlegt, meinem Mann einen Gutschein zu Weihnachten zu schenken. Ja, tatsächlich ist Gesundheit und Entspannung mit Wohlfühlfaktor doch ein wunderbares Geschenk, oder? ????

Nette Leute, allerdings wurden bei mir sehr oft Termine von der Praxis her geändert. Also nicht wirklich planbar...wirkte auf mich eher unprofessionell dadurch. Und das ewige Warten am Tresen...dafür würde ich am liebsten nur einen Stern geben. Denn ich sehe es nicht ein 15 min zu warten das evtl mal jemand kommt. Man aber ausm Nachbarzimmer gelächter hört...auf Anfrage bekommt man die Antwort es kommt gleich wer...nochmals 10 min und es kam niemand. Also geht man. Und für mich sind diese 2 Negativ Erfahrungen der Grund, weshalb ich mir eine neue Praxis Suche. Schade wegen den netten Damen die einen behandelt haben. Aber im allgemeinen würde ich die Praxis nicht empfehlen. Meine Meinung und meine Erfahrung

Dies ist in meinem Fall nicht passiert und ehe die Abrechnungen der Privaten zurück war, stand schon die nächste Rechnung ins Haus und das dritte Rezept war bereits voll in der Therapie. Bei 28 Sitzungen kann man sich auf eine Kostenwelle von 865,76 EUR einstellen, auf der man sitzen bleiben wird. Dies ist eine Summe über die man aufgeklärt werden sollte, wenn Berechnungssätze einfach so festgelegt werden, die die Sätze der Kassen um fast 100% überschreiten. Also wenn man den Taler dafür erübrigen kann, eine Zusatzversicherung besitzt oder sich ordentlichen vorher aufklären lässt ist in guten Händen und wird bestens versorgt.
