Rude. Even considering Berlin's standards.
They have some interesting parts. But the main advantage is that you don't have to pay shipping or import taxes. If they compensate that by being arrogant bike bros when you pick it up in person, there's no point... I will order with international shops in future. These have a bigger selection anyway.

Considering how nice the staff at their brother shop (Goldsprint) is, I was disappointed to experience how rude and bored the guy with grey hair and glasses was (and this is even for Berlin standards..) also they don’t offer masks for people even tho you are not allowed inside without one. I thought I would support a local shop, but I’d rather shop online in the future.

Nice people, nice atmosphere and I guess the coffee might be nice as well. Sadly on the technical side of things they did not live up to their reputation.
Couldn´t find necessary front chainrings even though a friend found them within minutes after checking the bike. The shifting system components they did change at the back are not fully compatible and the rack which was one of the main reasons for coming into the shop in the first place was forgotten altogether and therefore they had to keep the bike for another few days.
Sorry guys I quite like you personally but you´ll not see my touring bike again and the racer will not come your way at all, ever!

Bought a bike here instead of online and was a great decision. The whole process was smooth and the staff very helpful. The after sales service is also excellent.....these people love bikes!Highly Recommended

The place to go for bike packing in Berlin. A good selections of bikes like Salsa Fargo, Marin, Kona and Soma among others. Also accessories like saddle bags, revelate designs, Ortlieb etc. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a workshop in the back for servicing and repairs.

A bike courier from Madrid who landed in Berlin found a friendly, helpful and very bike place to visit... Being Messenger or just cyclist I recommend this place... Even for a coffee that place worth it! Definitely a bike shop to go-to

Even if I always find there what I am looking for, I never had a nice customer service experience. That's a pity.
