CAREFUL: Falsely noted ALERGANS! Not cold delivered Fish!

Reading the positive feedback here I can't but think that the majority of them are not real.
The order arrived but part of it was missing. We contacted the restaurant and were promised to be contacted in 5min. This of course didn't happen. We called again and was told it'd be re-delivered. The missing dish indeed came just after 35min instead of the 25min promised. Unfortunately we couldn't enjoy the dish because it arrived containing cream cheese, which wasn't mentioned nor marked as a milk allergan. That putting aside the extream unprofessional preparation of a simple veggie maki. Furthermore, the sashimi was suspiciously not really cold delivered (on a 25C day).

Bad customer service . Extremely disorganised, unprofessional and distespectful people. I ordered and called to confirm the order and they lied, said it was 20 mins then after the call confirmed it to be 65 mins. Then they didn't put the teriyaki sauce that I ordered which was written on the bill. So that just shows their incompetence. Also I mentioned it on the phone call about the sauce. And their sushi ain't no good. Nothing special..

Primero un niño (quizas hijo del dueño) con una actitud muy prepotente nos resivio en la entrada y no nos dejo entrar (estava lloviendo), luego el tipo que hacia el sushi nos dejó entrar para ver el menu.
Segundo, el Menú tiene la letra mas pequeña que hemos visto.
Tercero, nos dijeron que esperaramos 10 minutos y fueron 35.
Cuarto, nos entregaron 2 rolls menos por el precio que pagamos. Y quinto, nos entregaron esto (foto) envez de un rol envuelto en avocado.....

Unfortunately the delivery came only 25min. later, the driver was absolutely not talkative or nice and as if that wasn't enough, the sushi tasted really hideous !!! And I write this not only as an angry customer because of the delay, but because the whole sushi tasted slightly acidic. In addition, the driver had not delivered the sushi in a thermal box, so at these temperatures it is understandable that the taste was lost on the trip. And unfortunately I hadn't ordered a lot either, so the annoyance is big now. I wonder how all these positive reviews come about here, because sushi has never tasted so bad with any other supplier here !!! Please save yourself the order and especially the money ...

Habe heute zum ersten Mal bei Sushi Welt bestellt, da mich die positiven Bemerkungen hier über das leckere Sushi und dem netten Fahrer neugierig gemacht hatten. Da ich über Lieferheld bestellt habe, habe ich auch prompt eine Bestätigung mit Lieferzeit bekommen. Leider kam die Lieferung erst 25min. später, der Fahrer war absolut nicht gesprächig bzw. nett und als wäre das noch nicht genug, schmeckte das sushi wirklich abscheulich!!! Und das schreibe ich nicht nur als verärgerter Kunde aufgrund der Verspätung, sondern weil das komplette Sushi leicht säurig geschmeckt hat. Zudem hatte der Fahrer das sushi nicht in einer Thermobox geliefert, sodass bei diesen Temperaturen verständlich ist das der Geschmack auf der Reise verloren ging. Und leider hatte ich auch nicht wenig bestellt,sodass der Ärger nun groß ist. Ich frage mich wie hier all diese positiven Rezensionen zustande kommen,denn sushi hat bisher bei keinem anderen lieferanten hier so schlecht geschmeckt!!! Bitte erspart Euch die Bestellung und vorallem das Geld...

Leider vernichtendes Urteil und ich möchte nicht unhöflich sein, aber durchweg absolut ungesießbar! Der Algensalat schmeckt vergoren und matschig, das Sushi ist pappig und trocken, die Garnelen nicht ausgebacken, sogar das Eis hatte Gefrierbrand. Noch nie so schlechtes Essen bestellt. Und die versprochenen neuen Salate -nach Reklamation- kommen scheinbar auch nicht mehr an. Griff ins Klo.
