The gym facility is great, however my review is on management behind emails.
It is not flexible toward customer, I signed up for PLUS EINS Express (until end of Nov) in late Sept, then had ankle injury on 18th October which made me an unable to walk properly and perform sports for several months.
So ofcourse as an average person recovering from injury and paying medical bills you forget about renewal process of a gym. Hence, I get billed for two months (Dec, January) in am email I recieve in January where I remembered to go online to cancel membership else it would continue.
I understand their is a contract, but its sad to see no waiver even after sharing my doctors diagnosis through emails. I haven't been able to step foot into the gym since Oct 18. I know its a business but customer experience either gains you a loyalty of customer or loss forever.
I recommend you:
1. to listen to your customer for case to case.
2. improve your online system by sending email reminder of renewal instead of only bills you like to collect. It helps avoid such posts especially when someone is going through physical and mental pain.
