The döners here good, the staff friendly, sometimes not all the vegetables displayed are fresh, but they do have a nice variety and definitely make the food with love.

This place is wonderful. We love Fuat and everyone who works there. EVERYONE knows my orders and is so kind. One day, my brother and I were scared because it was late at night and we were waiting on a ride home. Fuat let us come inside the shop, turned on some music and offered us some soda. They are so amazing. I love döner and i love this place.

Long read, in short: terrible food, terrible service

Went the other day because had seen this spot had roast chickens, unfortunately they were out when I arrived. Has no real bearing on the one star review, multiple reasons why I would never go back and recommend avoiding - especially if you speak English:

- Clearly asked for "dürme doner", worker got a box and was going to sell me this instead. Pointed out mistake, and was able to correct last second but I know these are less expensive and he had just told me the dürmes were 4.50€. Not a huge deal but...

- Then caught him shortchanging/overcharging me. That's a little shadey but not a big deal right? Just make sure you check your change and total here because, in retrospect, I assume I'm not the only one who they would rip off

- Experience wasn't great for customer service, but how about the food? The wrap was stale and disgusting to eat. I'm unsure of how old the flatbread was, at least a few days because it was already at the point of cracking from being dried out

- There were also pickles and stale mushy potatoes in the middle of the wrap, neither of which I saw him put in it at front counter. This makes me wonder where they came from, and I suspect the potatoes were just added filler so they could skimp on the chicken

I hadn't eaten for most of the day and could barely get halfway through it... just threw the rest out, it was disgusting to eat

The staff was so nice to me. The food was amazing and they are 10 min early if you live if Zehlendorf (over Lieferando).
