Very disappointed. The waitress was not client friendly. The sun was shining, everybody on the boat asked to open the glass roof and she refused. Then, she started ignoring us. Finally, I approached the captain and he decided to open the roof and the atmosphere changed instantaniously.

Boring and expensive cruise on the Spree in a poor boat with rude staff. If they really care about clients they could spend 100€ to put a tent so people can avoid burning alive because of the sun.

Look around for other options.

The 2h boat roundtrip in the north is great for sightseeing on a sunny day!

We re on vacation with my friend, and we've decided to do a boat tour on the Spree. The boat was good, the crew was awful.

Bad information to start. We bought our tickets at the desk. They told us....it would be a trip of 1hour and 20 minutes. We were back just within the hour. Chairs are not very comfortable. Only part of the guests were offered a drink of snack. The other half of the guests couls not buy anything. The waitress forgott to bring several drinks. The information about Berlin that was told via the speakers was not loud enough so we could not here it.
Not very good value foe money. I would not reccommend this !

The trip itself was good and quite informative. The Biggest inconvenience is that I paid for 3 audio guides but they did not work, I tried some others; and they did not work, it was not only my case. it was a big disappointment for all the tourists who did not speak and understand German! Shame!

Be very aware and careful when travelling with this outfit especially if you are mobility challenged such as myself. Yesterday travelled on the Sancouci for the 3 hr cruise from Frederick Str. There are very steep and slippery stairs you will need to ascend and descend to the Boat. Got down but not up, slipped and fell on way up and lost my walking sticks. Staff competely unhelpfull and biased in their opinions. Claimed we were drunk and offered no medical or other assistance. Remember these people can be very DANGEROUS to your Health and Wellbeing with their uncaring and. la k compassio.
