Immer sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Leider werden einige Muskelgruppen bei diesem Training nicht ausreichend trainiert (Schultern, Lat, Waden) aber als Ergänzung zum normalen Training durchaus zu empfehlen. Einen Stern Abzug gibt es für die nicht richtig funktionierende zweite Dusche. Hier muss man ständig auf den Knopf drücken da der Intervall nicht funktioniert.
